Description:: ANSWER: The blocklike buildings in the photo constitute the main cluster at the Veterans Neuropsychiatric Hospital at Sepulveda. Here, war-weary minds are treated; and incidentally, functions of the hospital were detailed in a recent feature series in The Times. The hospital is located in the San Fernando Valley on Lassen St., just west of Sepulveda Blvd.
