Mbwa alimbeba mtoto huyo kwa mmiliki wake, ambaye alidhani kwamba mtoto alikuwa amekufa na haraka akatoa taarifa polisi. This edition contains an article titled ''Mbwa aokota mtoto msituni'', translating to ''dog picks up baby from the forest''. This news article describes how a dog rescued an abandoned baby girl in the Ngong forest. The dog carried this baby back to its owner, who presumed the baby was dead and quickly informed the police. In the hospital, the baby survived and was named Malaika, ''Angel'', for surviving this accident. This newspaper article inspired Ustadh Mau to write the poem ''Mama msimlaumu'', translating to ''Don't blame the mother''.
