Notes
- Description
- Photograph of passengers standing on ship decks as they travel aboard the S. S. Catalina Island. In the foreground at left, a man's head is in partial view along the bottom edge. Behind him, a set of stairs ascends to a higher deck. A girl holds onto the handrail as she descends the steps. Behind her, about a couple dozen passengers stand behind the deck's rail and face towards the camera. Above and behind them, the bridge's deck stretches across the image. Both decks are in partial view; they enter frame from the left and extend just past center at right. Several passengers stand on a lower deck at right. Beyond them, a harbor is visible in the background.
