Notes
- Description
-
The Summer Olympic Games took place in Los Angeles in 1932, not 1934 as the negative sleeve states.
Crowd at the Los Angeles Memorial Coliseum watches the Olympic Games. There are flags flying on the perimeter of the stadium and banners that list each of the previous Olympic Games. The phrase quoted on the negative sleeve is posted on the large, center column, which is topped by a vertical sculpture. There are people standing at the top of the column. In the foreground, there is a parasol, a woman watching the proceedings through binoculars, and a man walking past the word "Lavatory," which is painted above an arrow.
