Photograph of attorney Arthur Verge (at center) with Frank Sebastian, night club operator, and Walter Pollock, his floor manager, standing in courtroom filled with spectators. Sebastian and Pollock were previously cited for contempt when they refused to testify during a special Senate committee investigating administration of the Liquor Control Act in Los Angeles County. The charges were dismissed.
