Photograph of Chuck Drennon kneeling and hugging a dog in a kennel cage at the Redondo Beach humane society. He was hoping the kennel would not be moved to a location outside of his neighborhood because he liked to visit the dogs.
Text from newspaper caption: Charles (Chuck) Drennon of Redondo Beach, who is interested in outcome of fight over dog pound because he makes pals of all the "inmates."
