A $250,000 breach-of-promise suit filed against Hungarian playwright Ernest Vajda by Aknay in 1934. Love notes from Vajda to Aknay admitted into evidence June 1935 as Harry F. Sewell questioned Aknay on witness stand. Notes submitted by Hungarian actress Sari Fedak in defense of Aknay.
