Professor Schweigardt came to Los Angeles from Germany three years ago and has since created a fountain for the San Diego Exposition and busts of Albert Einstein and President Roosevelt.
Schweigardt is a man with a receding hairline and circular glasses wearing a suit with a handkerchief sticking out of the pocket.
