Judge Yankwich and deputy District Attorney Daniel Beecher examine a threat note sent to Yankwich, the envelope of which also contains Silver Shirt (an American, anti-Jewish Fascist party) propaganda.
Text from newspaper caption: Silver Shirt Inquiry Ordered. Recipient of a threatening note, with an inclosure referring to "The Silver Shirts," Superior Judge Yankwich referred the matter to the District Attorney's office for investigation. Below is Judge Yankwich, left, conferring with Daniel Beecher, deputy District Attorney in charge of inquiry.
