Verdi’s “La Traviata,” produced by Francesco (Frank) Pace, was performed at the Wilshire Ebell Theatre, September 15, 1951. Several notices were published in the Los Angeles Times. A critique appeared in the article, “’La Traviata’ Staged on Verdi Anniversary,” 17 Sep. 1951: B8.
