A stream of flood waters enters frame in the lower left corner and stretches back towards the right. On the far bank, at left, a large pile of boulders and rocks sits. Behind the rock pile, a large pile of lumber and wood debris stands. Two men stand atop the left side of the lumber pile. A few more men to the left of them walk through the debris field. At center, a few people are gathered behind the rock pile and in front of the lumber pile. In the distance at far right, a couple more men walk through the debris. Trees rise in the distance along the canyon floor.
