Captain Walter Wanderwell sets out to break his world record for touring. He is preparing to leave Los Angeles for a schooner trip to South Sea Isles and journey through the eleven countries not already crossed by his organization.
A crowd watches from the sidewalk. Captain Wanderwell holds the flag sticking out of the vehicle with one hand and salutes with his other arm. Dorothy Dawn stands on the other side of the vehicle making the same salute.
