The theme of the 1933 forty-fourth annual Rose Parade was "Fairy Tales in Flowers."
Queen Titania, Esther Ruth, in a white satin gown with a lavender veil and with floral wings 10 feet high and 15 feet wide, with one of her fairies seated next to her. The float was entered by the city of Altadena.
