Description: The theme of the 1930 forty-first annual Rose Parade was "Festival Days in Flowers"
The "Fountain of Happiness" float features a central heart beneath a rainbow and with 4 pots overflowing with gold at its base. At each corner of the float are models of recently constructed Beverly Hills mansions. A young woman is seen resting against one of the 2 models in front. The float was entered by the city of Beverly Hills.
