Eugene Richee was a studio photographer who worked for Paramount Pictures from 1925 to 1935 and later worked for MGM and Warner Brothers.
This photograph appears in the Los Angeles Times article "Peggy Hamilton Fashion Pageant is Feature at milliners' Exhibit," August 16, 1928, pg. I3 with the caption "Peggy Hamilton, Times Fashion Expert, Shows Late Model."
