Cylindrical tower, with stone base, small windows, and conical shingled roof, on rocky beach next to cliff, with rocky cove and wave breaking at left
The tower is known as Victoria Beach Tower, and was built in 1926 by cliffside homeowner William E. Brown, housing a spiral staircase for beach access.
