Caption: LINE-UP - This is a view of the line-up at U.C.L.A. for student Rose Bowl tickets. The first 1000 applicants had arrived before daybreak. Line of second 1000 students gathered promptly. Thirteen of first 1000 defaulted during the night-long wait.
