Typescript filed with negative: SAW BRIBE ROLL "THREE INCHES THICK" --- / John Rettenger, former tailor in the Los Angeles shop where the Julian Petroleum fraud cases were alleged to have been "fixed, testifies for the state in the bribery trial of Former District Attorney Asa Keyes and five others. Rettenger declared he saw a roll of bills "three inches thick" divided between Keyes and another defendant by Ben Getzoff, alleged "fixer." --J.H.--1/18/29.
