A billboard announces the revival of Old Chinatown in Los Angeles, California.
The decision by the City of Los Angeles to build Union Station in Old Chinatown forced Chinese Americans to relocate north and west of the original Chinatown to New Chinatown, located between Spring and Main Streets near downtown Los Angeles.
